Inc., a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation (NYSE:CVX), and ZL Chemicals Ltd today announced a technology licensing agreement under which ZL may commercialize Chevron-developed chemical surfactant technology. ZL plans to offer products and services utilizing the licensed technology under the Vantis™ brand.
