Beer, wine, and spirits company Constellation Brands (NYSE:STZ) beat Wall Street’s revenue expectations in Q1 CY2026, but sales fell by 11.3% year on year to $1.92 billion. On the other hand, the company’s full-year revenue guidance of $9 billion at the midpoint came in 1.6% below analysts’ estimates. Constellation’s earnings report, set to release on Wednesday after the market closes, could give investors a better idea whether demand is picking up. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026 that ended in February, analysts polled by FactSet expect sales at Constellation, the U.S. distributor of Corona and Modelo beers, to decline 13% from a year ago to $1.88 billion, while earnings are estimated at $1.71 per share compared with $2.63 during the same period last year. In the first three quarters of fiscal 2026, Constellation’s beer sales decreased 4% year over year.
