MCLEAN, Va., May 07, 2026--Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HLT) ("Hilton") announced today that its indirect subsidiary Hilton Domestic Operating Company Inc. (the "Issuer") intends to offer $1 billion aggregate principal amount of the Issuer’s Senior Notes due 2031 (the "Notes"). The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to repay $450 million of borrowings under the Issuer’s senior secured revolving credit facility, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
